Omar has been involved in the property sector for over 20 years and has structured real estate development ventures in the Middle East, North Africa and the US. He instigated a number of property related start-ups in the MENA region, takes part in steering committees to institutions involved in urban development schemes and sits on the board of several property holding companies. Omar is in charge of LYNX’s market expansion plan, whilst ensuring that the company delivers what it promises.

Louise Atkinson, Quality Standards Advisor

Louise has been engaged in strategic marketing in several countries covering the Middle East region and the former USSR, and has been involved in corporate tourism in the UK and property advisory services, covering diverse project developments in mixed-use, hospitality and tourism, in the GCC and Mediterranean region. Louise ensures that LYNX’s vision moves forward and is in charge of compatibility to ISO 9001-2000 Quality and OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety standards.

Dennis Dorman, Chartered Builder Consultant 

Dennis, an Incorporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building with 35 years of experience, has been responsible for setting up various contracts including Refurbishment, Planned, Cyclical and Response Maintenance Contracts for local authorities and the private sector. Having project managed various projects in the U.K., Europe and the Middle East, he advises on efficient methods for project management and maintenance of facilities.

Martin Tancock, Information Technology Consultant

With over 30 years experience in Information Technology gained in a wide variety of business areas including Blue Chip companies in the Finance Sector, Martin advises on methods to enhance the level of service provided by Information Technology including software implementation, web design & optimizations. In addition he advises on methods for creating secure user-friendly on-line services to customers and business partners.

Wayne Fury, Facilities Management Consultant

Wayne, a Member of the Institute of Supervisory Management, has guided various facilities for the UK Ministry of Defence and has extensive experience in Transport Management and Logistics for over 20 years. Having professionally managed facilities in Germany, Hong Kong and Brunei, Wayne advises on timely and proper implementation of scheduled and preventative maintenance under a seamless CMMS platform.
