The Operations manager must effectively and profitably manage the hard FM service operation of the division; ensuring service is delivered to the highest standards with minimal interruption or inconvenience to customers or building incumbents. The candidate must have knowledge of Fabric Maintenance and fit out; knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance; good man management skills; Costing and Estimating; experience of financial management; project management experience; experience of developing building portfolios. The ideal candidate will IDEALLY have P+L Experience; building and Construction knowledge and sales experience. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal, written and presentation) and valid UAE driving license required.
