Facility Manager Technical Officer required for multiple sites under delivery. You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years front line management experience in construction, property maintenance or related field. Experienced in managing a diverse range of job requests with competing deadlines and demands on resources. Familiar with undertaking condition surveys of properties with witnessing commissioning experience. You will also have good working Knowledge in Corgi or equiv in a Electrical/Mechanical Engineering related discipline. Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. Knowledge and experience of working within strict ISO 9001 policies and procedures. Good understanding of the key trades and accepted standards of workmanship. Understanding of the need for carrying out commissioning of newly installed assets. Ability to use ICT equipment for basic applications with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal, written and presentation) and valid UAE driving license required.
