Building Services Co-ordinator required to service property management contract. You will need a strong understanding of the Facilities Management sector with experience of delivering total FM services, ideally M&E biased. Reporting to the Building Services Manager you will be assisting with the effective delivery for this large multi-tenanted site. You will need to be a confident, efficient individual with proven FM experience of:  managing contractors, health & safety, catering, cleaning and M&E ideally for a service provider. IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent essential with Engineering qualification advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal, written and presentation).
