Helpdesk Coordinator to work on busy helpdesk. You will need to have
previous helpdesk or similar experience within facilities. The helpdesk
is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of diverse FM services hard
and soft (M&E and fabric services and maintenance, cleaning, security,
waste, manned guarding etc.) within an allocated including supply chain
and Delivery Team performance through the Facilities Helpdesk. The ideal
FM Co-ordinator will exhibit the following essential technical
competencies for the role: Experience in a similar FM role (allocating
and managing work orders etc)/working on an FM helpdesk; A basic
understanding of commercial and budgetary management; IT literate,
demonstrable knowledge of operating computer aided facilities
management software packages (i.e. Maximo or similar). Use of MS Office
software suite; Experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply
chain; Proven track record in dealing with building engineering services
and/or soft services. Understanding of help desk/call centre processes
and work flow.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal, written
and presentation) and valid UAE driving license required.
