Main duties is to carry out planned preventative maintenance on engineering services as required; Procure materials and equipment to carry out works through the Supervisor or Manager; Organise and supervise sub-contractors as and when required; Advise Client of minor additional works and compile estimates through the Supervisor or Manager; Complete work sheets for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Clients representative; Attend call outs/breakdowns, carry out fault diagnosis, repair or advise as required. Applicants should demonstrate strong experience working as a controls engineer on a commercial contract and will ideally have formal qualifications. Additionally you will be HVAC biased and be competent in the fault finding and repairs of pumps, motors, heating systems etc.
