Title:                 Shift Maintenance Facilities Engineer

You are an experienced Facilities Engineer and you have either Mechanical or Electrical qualifications. You would be accountable to supervise all shift activities and co-ordinate workload for shift team; report to Maintenance Supervisor ensuring all necessary paperwork and reports are returned in good time; carry out and control PPM in adherence to set engineering standards. All in accordance with statutory and health and safety requirements, conduct checks and inspections of services, plant and systems; execute maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification; respond within SLA's to reactive tasks; respond to emergency breakdowns; fault finding and plant adjustments; carry out duties in accordance with Lynx’s mission and values. Adhere to Lynx’s  and site specific policies and procedures with main working relationships with shift technicians, maintenance supervisor and site manager. The essential competencies are: Knowledge of mechanical plant and systems operation and maintenance; ·Knowledge of electrical plant and systems operation and maintenance; Basic computer skills; Provide efficient service delivery; All services within remit are delivered in a timely manner; Excellent communication skills; Knowledge of statutory and health & safety requirements. Hours of Work: Shift 1 - 0700 to 1530 Saturday to Thursday, Shift 2 - 1430 to 2300 Saturday to Thursday, 40 hours per week with weekly rotation of shift facilities / maintenance / m&e. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal, written and presentation) and valid UAE driving license required.
