The site is multifunctional with a diverse array of users. You will need proven experience of managing hard & soft FM services ideally with a corporate background. You will be responsible for catering, cleaning, M&E, contractors, H&S ensuring SLA's/KPI's are adhered to. This is a high profile contract therefore you must be an established, professional senior level FM. During the first 6 months of this permanent role the successful candidate will be focusing on the site’s Hard Services ensuring maintenance schedules are in place and being adhered to as well as managing contractors. After 6 months it is planned that the successful candidate will take control of the Soft Services which includes Catering, Cleaning Reception and Helpdesk. This is a great opportunity to take full control of this prestigious building, which includes extensive Sports and function facilities as well as fully serviced apartments. Duties include preparing and managing annual business plans and budgets, performing a key role within project groups, providing cyclical and planned preventative maintenance systems, monitoring internal and external customer satisfaction, manage Contractors.
