The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects for the day-to-day management and delivery of the landlord's common area services to the occupiers. They will have full responsibility for the management of the soft FM services including: Procurement, Maintenance, Cleaning, Manned security, Front of house services, Loading Bay Management and Planting. In the absence of the Engineering Services Manager they will have responsibility for the Engineering Services: Lifts, HVAC services, Electrical Services, Facade Access equipment, Energy management. The successful candidate is likely to have been in a management position for or 3-5 years with background as a hands-on engineer, ideally within an office property environment. The person will possess a friendly but authoritative personality, be immaculately presented and be able to motivate others to follow suit. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal, written and presentation) and valid UAE driving license required.
