The successful candidate would be working on various large-scale projects across the Gulf including residential, commercial, hospitality contracts. This senior level position requires an established individual with proven project management experience ideally having managed a team of project managers in a competitive environment. A construction background would be advantageous with experience in business development and preparation of tenders for new FM projects. Most projects will be new builds and construction related, and will involve the safe & effective management of maintenance systems therefore a clear understanding of FM delivery is essential. You will ideally be a member of BIFM or FM, hold H&S qualifications and have PRINCE 2 or equivalent with a construction background.
