Security Co-ordinator urgently required for a Commercial Centre.The large site requires an established facilities individual to manage the cleaning and security contracts. It is would be beneficial if you are SIA (or equivalent) cleared but essential to have a good understanding of FM delivery. Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will need experience of managing cleaning & security contractors, ensuring the SLA's for the contract are adhered to. H&S / FM qualification would be advantageous. Some weekend work on a rota basis is required. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal, written and presentation) and valid UAE driving license required.
