LYNX MATRIX STANDARDS
The success of Lynx Management comes as a result of a simple but fundamental philosophy of demanding continuous improvement in all aspects of the business. Lynx Matrix, being formed out of the IT Department of Lynx Management, is built upon this same philosophy.
On the management side, we have clear-cut company standards, based upon Industry Best Practice, and constantly up-dated, well-defined procedures, using Prince 2, for maintaining or exceeding these standards. Our practice is based upon the Chief Programmer Team (CPT) model which encourages an extremely strong task motivation and professionalism about both the technical and economic quality (adherence to timescale and effort estimates).
Using Prince 2 as the Project Management Standard we communicate well with our Clients and remain flexible and responsive to their needs. We are proud to offer an open-book service with complete transparency.
It is the commitment of the team, however, and their determination to take the extra steps required to turn ordinary service into outstanding service, which underpins the company, and from a business perspective, this is a key driver of our future growth and profitability.
