Jackie Duba, Marketing & Sales Manager
With a thorough
understanding of property and facility management, Jackie is the initial
point of contact for the developer, builder or estate agent. Jackie’s
responsibility is increasing LYNX's capture market in facilities
management and is in charge of client coordination, contract
negotiation, and the establishment of Owners’ Committees. Hereafter her
involvement in property and communal site management is continual as she
ensures that LYNX's scope of work is being properly serviced with
constant communication and a reporting system with the different project
or site managers.
Burcu Olmez, Office Manager
Burcu has a wealth of
experience in the field of administration and is responsible for
liaising between the project managers, the maintenance teams and the
related municipal departments to ensure the proper management of the
facilities. She is in charge of work order processing, subcontractor
relations, quality control and keeps a close eye on the responsiveness
of our services.
Sevda Ozari, Accounts Manager
With a solid background in
tourism and accounts for over 10 years, Sevda plays the vital role of
bookkeeping and administrative support. Sevda is in charge of the
tedious duty of keeping accurate records of LYNX’s client
accounts, of filing financial reports for communal sites under LYNX’s
management and administering government related functions.
